TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:
   To be eligible to receive the cash-back offer, you must meet the following criteria:
   a. You must have purchased either 2x6-pack of T30 or 2x90 packs P1/T1* from one of our Nordic stores.
   b. You must upload a valid receipt from 2023, documenting the purchase of the eligible products.
   c. You must be a resident of one of the Nordic countries: Norway, Sweden, Finland or Denmark.
2. Cash-back offer:
   The cash-back offer is available for eligible participants only. Upon meeting the eligibility criteria and submitting a valid receipt, you will receive a cash-back amount of 20 Euro. The cash-back offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Receipt submission:
   To claim the cash-back offer, you must upload a clear and legible image of your receipt from 2023, documenting the purchase of the eligible products. The receipt must clearly show the purchase date, the store name, and the eligible products purchased. The receipt must be submitted through the designated online form no later than December 31st, 2023.
4. Verification and processing:
   All receipts will be subject to verification by our team. We reserve the right to reject any receipt that does not meet the eligibility criteria or is illegible or unclear. Once your receipt is verified and approved, the cash-back amount will be processed and paid within a week. You will receive an email notification when your cash-back payment is processed.
5. Limitations:
   This cash-back offer is limited to one claim per eligible participant. The offer is also subject to availability and while supplies last.
6. Personal information:
   By participating in this cash-back offer, you agree to provide us with your personal information, including your name, email address, and receipt image. We will use this information solely for the purpose of verifying and processing your cash-back payment and will not share it with any third parties, except as required by law.
7. Changes and termination:
   We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this cash-back offer at any time, for any reason, without notice. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued participation in the offer will be deemed as acceptance of any such changes.
8. Disclaimer:
   We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to this cash-back offer or the eligible products. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in this offer.
9. Governing law:
   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
